Zucchini & Carrot Fritters With Avocado Dip
I love recipes that can easily store in the fridge or freeze for later use.
Preparing enough meals for the week is one of the essential parts of weight loss, maintenance and muscle building.
Most pre-made options have additives and contain far too many artificial ingredients for my sensitive stomach.
I plan and eat something beforehand if I know I’m eating out (or my workplace has catered for us).
There is nothing worse than a very boring and tasteless meal when you could have eaten a creation made by you — with love.
Make them over the weekend, store and heat up when needed.
I’d have mine in a salad — or as a burger.
